My path
to science Syucai through a personal crisis
Today I am a happy and fulfilled woman.,
fully enjoying every moment of her life, her external radiance and her rich inner world.
Over the past three years, I have not only lost 17 kilograms, but also lifted a heavy load from my soul, gaining a genuine sense of freedom.
However, this was not always the case.
Back in 2021, my reflection, as well as my state of mind, were completely different. Behind the apparent well-being of family life, devoid, in my opinion, of true personal relationships, there was a deep devastation.
The days were filled with stress from working with customers and difficulties with construction workers, and when I came home, I sought salvation in food, trying to drown out the emotional pain with it.
And in the near 2021, I was completely different.
The idea of a gym seemed absurd.
— I just didn’t have the strength for that.
My body, like a canvas, began to change for the worse. Intimate relations with her husband froze for several years…
I felt like the feminine essence inside me was being destroyed. At one point, my body, unable to stand it, said a categorical “STOP, ” and I went to bed.
Depression consumed me completely: for a month and a half, I did not leave not only the apartment, but also my own room.
The world around him collapsed. The body refused to take food, the vitality was fading…
Then the eldest daughter is like a guardian angel.,
she supported me, and I, summoning the last crumbs of will, intuitively began to go outside.
Day after day, I walked for many kilometers, and after a couple of weeks, the energy filled me again, and with it the appetite for life returned.
It was during these walks, in motion, that a clear realization came: this illusory marriage must end.
I informed my husband of my decision and settled all legal issues in order to start a new chapter of my life, free and real.
One gloomy December day,
when the world outside the window of the rumbling bus rushing from Moscow to Sergiev Posad seemed to me saturated with gloom and disgust, I felt like a stranger.
Pungent smells, gratuitous quarrels, invisible hostility between strangers — all this pressed, causing a question:
“Is this really my country?”
Where is the basic cleanliness, a simple apology, respect for personal space?
At that moment, like a flash of lightning,
The thought of escape flashed through his mind.
I started looking for a place where I could breathe freely, where my English, though not perfect, but familiar, would become a bridge.
The choice, as if on a hunch, fell on the alluring Emirates.
That evening, putting aside all doubts, I bought a ticket to Dubai and flew away without looking back.
Right there, in the luxurious lobby of the hotel,
Amidst the flickering lights, a fateful encounter took place. Sergei Alyoshko came up to me, an outstanding master of science Syucai, ranked in the top 3.
This step, this moment, changed everything. Sergei didn’t just introduce me to science, he opened the veil of misunderstanding in front of me.
